This pages contains the Annual Reports. You can click on the report name and open or save the report form. Excel and Word documents can be completed and returned to the office by e-mail, plus you can save a copy for yourself. The PDF documents will need to be printed before you can complete them. Then you can simply return those forms to the office by use of the Postal Service. How quick the forms will open depends on the type of internet connection you use. The time should not be excessive.
